Maybe you’re trying to set healthy boundaries, but something just isn’t working. Whether you have difficulty communicating directly or struggle with saying no, developing firmer boundaries is crucial for protecting your bandwidth. Boundaries aren’t about controlling others, but are solely about how YOU choose to engage, react, and respond.

I’m the mom of 2 school-aged kids, one of whom is Autistic, with ADHD. I come from a lengthy background in psychology, & currently host the top ranking podcast, “She, Illuminated.”

Like you, I know how overwhelming life can feel while raising a differently-wired kid. But I’ve learned some powerful tools over the years to infuse my life with calm, connection, and joy.

Here are some other fun facts about me: I love “reading books” on the Audible app, I couldn’t survive this life without music or movement, and I’ve become a real morning person in middle-age (with the help of coffee).
